Dr. Abu Marar graduated from UMF Iasi, Romania and completed his internship in Jordan University Hospital. He completed Ob/Gyn residency program at ministry of health hospitals, Jordan, after which obtained his Jordanian Board in Ob/Gyn (2005).

In 2008 Dr. Abu Marar had Arab Board Ob/Gyn Certificate. Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, IVF, Minimal Invasive Surgery Fellowship program was completed in UKS-H Lübeck, Germany through clinical attachment in UZ Brussels, Belgium.

In 2014 German specialty in Ob/Gyn (Facharzt) Certificate was obtained. 2015-2017, he started lecturing medical students at UKS-H University, Germany in Ob/Gyn, IVF related topics, and as an Ob/Gyn, IVF Consultant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Currently, Dr. Abu Marar is running his clinic in Dr. Ehab Fertility, Ob, Gyn, Center in Amman, Jordan. He published many papers in reputed journals and has been serving as an editorial board member and reviewer of others. Above that all, contributed and edited many book chapters in Ob/Gyn, IVF topics. Areas of interest are: Infertility, PCOS, endometriosis, laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery, OHSS.
